About Jessica Ennes, BS, LMT
I’m Jessica, a licensed massage therapist dedicated to supporting whole-body wellness through thoughtful, evidence-informed massage therapy. I believe massage therapy plays an important role in reducing muscular tension, regulating the nervous system, and supporting the body’s ability to recover from both physical and mental stress. Health and wellness have been a driving force in my life for over a decade, and that personal commitment deeply informs my professional approach to care.

My passion for therapeutic work is shaped not only by education, but by lived experience. Through years of powerlifting and practicing jiu jitsu, I’ve developed a strong, practical understanding of injury prevention, recovery, and the physical demands placed on the body during training and competition. Navigating my own injuries and rehabilitation has given me valuable insight into working with acute and chronic pain, movement limitations, and the mental challenges that often accompany injury—perspectives I bring thoughtfully into each session.

My work is grounded, attentive, and client-centered, with every session intentionally tailored to your individual needs. I blend relaxation-focused techniques with targeted therapeutic work when appropriate, always prioritizing safety, effectiveness, and comfort. My background includes formal education in environmental science, and while my career path evolved, that foundation continues to support a thoughtful, systems-based perspective in my practice.

Outside of the treatment room, I enjoy lifting weights, practicing yoga, hiking, cooking, baking, spending time with my dog, and gardening. Whether you’re seeking stress relief, injury support, or preventative care, my goal is to provide a calm, professional environment that supports your overall well-being.
